Worst place ever if you like roaches this the place for you. They like to spray for them on thanksgiving day and harass long term tenants who pay their rent and bills on time. I lived there for 2 years and had to deal with so much bs it’s ridiculous anyone who wants to rent and live peacefully don’t come here!!!

It's not bad. Just have no communication as to when work orders will be taken care of. I understand that sometimes they're busy and ordering parts take time. First order first taken care of.

It’s quiet and peaceful all the residents maintenance and office staff are very kind. Property is kept clean. All the giant trees are where it’s at!!

I absolutely love my new apartment, David and LAURA were amazing. Those are two of the best employees I’ve ever seen in an apartment complex in my life.. How friendly and open and honest David was was amazing. I asked Miss LAURA to fix my mailbox key and I was watching her hand out popcorn to kids getting off the school bus on their last day before Christmas break for an apartment complex to do that for the children and to treat the people that live there like family I really am glad I made this choice to stay here.. I’m letting you know David and LAURA are two of the best employees you have and you should keep them for a very long time
