The assistant David at *The Oaks at Georgetown* is one amazing help. My husband and I were struggling for months to fine an apartment in our budget and with reasonable help. Once we spoke to David and he walked us through the paperwork, it already felt like home. He has helped us change our lives! We couldn't be more grateful! Highly recommend! You need help. The assistant David at* the oaks at Georgetown* is one amazing help. My wife and I were struggling for months finding an apartment in are budget and reasonable help. Once we spoke with David we did some paperwork and it already felt like home. He helped us change our lives with a new home. We are so grateful! I definitely recommend. Worst place ever if you like roaches this the place for you. They like to spray for them on thanksgiving day and harass long term tenants who pay their rent and bills on time. I lived there for 2 years and had to deal with so much bs itâs ridiculous anyone who wants to rent and live peacefully donât come here!!!

It's not bad. Just have no communication as to when work orders will be taken care of. I understand that sometimes they're busy and ordering parts take time. First order first taken care of.
