Good living , nice apartment complex and kid friendly. They are so family oriented as they have events for the family and kids. I will make this my home permanently ☺️. My patio for Spooky Oaks Town..

I highly recommend the oaks at Georgetown! I have lived here for 4 years. Moving back to my hometown I was referred here by family and friends. From the moment I walked in I knew it was home from the friendly greeting to the application I was given. I was also shown amenities and the beautiful landscaping ,well lit walking areas I knew my pets would be happy here too! A great place for families and enough space. I'll just have to recognize how the employees go above and beyond they're hard work and wonderful smiles does not go overlooked! We are thankful for laura and Melissa!

Living here has been a pleasant experience. It's clean and safe. When something needs to be fixed it's done in a timely manner. Management is amazing. I recommend renting from here it was a smooth process getting in as well.

Let me tell yall about CODY… my toilet flooded sewage water everywhere. This is not the first issue with my toilet, but the first maintenance repair didn’t repair it to the fullest extent.. but Cody! He came in at my time of panic. Spent 3 hours. Tried four different things. MADE SURE. that toilet was working. He got it absolutely done for me. This man knows what he’s doing and truly cares because i was FREAKING. I can’t say enough how thankful I am & how much i APPRECIATE his attention to detail, positive attitude, overall knowledge and skill. Oaks at Georgetown is very blessed to have him! Thanks, Cody!

There have been some adjustments in living in an apartment again after decades of home ownership, but we appreciate having maintenance come to do repairs we used to have to do ourselves! Been living her since October and I’ve been loving the area since they ladies in the office are really great and so sweet I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else, the maintenance workers are awesome they work so hard to get what u need done! Love this place!

I been living here for 3 maybe going on 4 years now. This is a place I call home. Here at the oaks you have your staff Laura and Kristen and Melissa very wonderful women in the office, very kind when you put an order in for repairs they are quick to get the problem fixed not only are they your apartment managers bur these Ladies are a lifetime friend. They prepare events for you and your family and they are also involved with them. They prepare Thanksgiving dinners and Christmas dinners for your family. I'm not planning on going anywhere yet. The maintenance Cody, Gilbert and Dawayne are also amazing workers and knowledgeab So come on out and get your apartment while they are still available. Be sure to say I referred you so i can get my 50$

The ladies in the front office were wonderful! They were incredibly helpful while I was looking for an apartment. They were patient with all the questions I had.

It's just peaceful and nice.manager are the best

I have lived here for 12+ years and have always had great experiences with the office staff and maintenance men. They have always been super helpful and courteous. They do fun events for the tenants multiple times throughout the year and even do treats for kids after school sometimes. It definitely feels like a community here and I wouldn't want any other office staff than what I have now. They are by far the nicest I have ever had.

Office ladies & maintenance are real MVPs, AC unit went out and they repair it ASAP. Can't thank them enough for make it a priority!

Good place they might not be as in New apartment complex but they give someone who needs a place they are their an they go on a limb for people that's a must minor repairs can always be fixed or just simply fix an paint yourself a make like new again not rocket science people

The ladies in the office and the maintenance crew are all so amazing and go above and beyond for their residents to ensure they are comfortable and well looked after. Everyone is kind and professional, emergency work orders get addressed same day and communication is great. It’s always stressful and sometimes scary moving to a new place but let me tell you- you can’t go wrong with living here.

The office lady's are always so nice! They understand where your coming from when your late with coming in! They are fantastic!

Finally getting to leaving a review for the oaks. First off I feel like everyone in the office is a part of our family. The ladies in the office immediately run for my children and love on them anytime we go to the office. Anytime my fiancé and I have a issue or questions or even need help they’re always going above and beyond to make sure our family is okay. We’ve lived here on and off for years and I have no complaints. Mellisa, Kristen and Laura are wonderful. Maintenance is also super professional and go above and beyond. Cody (employee of the oaks) is super friendly and seems to be a awesome Fit here. I’m great full for the team here at the oaks, and the comfortable environment they provide for the families that reside here.
