I can not say much things about the complex, besides needing real attention. The longer you've live here the worse it gets and treated. Staff yet nice and friendly, are not as professional. They pick and choose who they literally want to harass or be nice to. Its pretty bad when the whole maintenance crew just leaves, leaving the tenants with problems, no % off rent, nothing. 1 bedroom 1 bath, 2nd floor couldn't flush, because 1st floor toilet would over flow. almost 2 weeks or more, not being able to use the restroom nor shower. Melissa and the other female in the office, seem to handle problems with little stress, but Jordan, just needs more experience. Coming back to this review, I see the âownerâ only addresses the 5 star reviews and had nothing to say to any allegations to the lower scoring ones. Due to the Maintenance team being overwhelmed trying to fix the new renters apartment most things you put in as tickets get overlooked or pushed aside and you better make sure itâs within a year if not that ticket gets thrown, per Melissa. The doors have such poor weathering they just slide the paper through the cracks. Just imagine the heat and cooling bills. Then have homeless sleeping in the dog parks, and harassing people. They try to patch the bullet holes on the side of buildings. Inquire and ask them about that. Renterâs beware.
