I donât know if the old office people are there or not but Iâll share my overall experience here, itâs a really nice quiet place on occasions, I loved the design and set up. Super clean. Before I left my apartment I tydied it up, took me a while, I scrubbed the walls from top to bottom. I stayed my full 12 months except didnât live there the last month, I still paid the rent. They asked me to kindly leave the electricity on. I wasnât there and didnât use it yet somehow ended up with a 150 or 200 dollar bill. My neighbor was a creep. Other than that this was a pretty sweet neighborhood to live in. I got paid late because I was a teacher in Salary, but they work with you if youâre 5 days late. I loved this about them. I wish id have felt safer, our neighbor situations are not always safe for us or what we ask for. And I wish theyâd have moved me to another building but what if it would have been the same? Other than that thank you for a happy 11 months here minus the neighbor issue but from what I hear from people all of the world they are dealing with neighbor feuding as well. Issues with neighbors should definitely be taken more seriously. Anyways the place would be a 5 star if it wasnât for that weird electricity situation and the neighbor issue. I had a good experience here. I never used the pool much. It deserves a 5 minus those issuesâ¦.. honestly. They should have been taken more seriously and no one should be rude to anyone for being harassed. The interior is super nice
