Please do not move here. You can't do anything. They are not prompt on fixing the problems. They will barrel in your door to post a stupid notice and break your toe. Worst place ever!!!

They are âsupposedlyâ income based, but they upped rent well out of our price range knowing how much we make with us being here for five years. Management doesnât do much of anything about complaints or problems. Do not recommend.

Office ladies & maintenance are real MVPs, AC unit went out and they repair it ASAP. Can't thank them enough for make it a priority!

Good place they might not be as in New apartment complex but they give someone who needs a place they are their an they go on a limb for people that's a must minor repairs can always be fixed or just simply fix an paint yourself a make like new again not rocket science people

Iâve Just moved in this place and itâs horrifying if I hadnât been so desperate to find a place I definitely wouldnât have pick these apartments. Now I have a lease for a year and Iâm still waiting to get my door fixed after a week of moving in. My patio door doesnât shut I have no metal bar to keep the sliding doors shut itâs terrible. My kids have horrible allergies and this place smells like a motel. I give this place a 4-10.

This place is an awful place to live. I've been here since April of 23 and I missed July rent, and I've got the help to pay but they refused to take the money, they go and changed the amount on us to a higher amount. We go to court and they lie saying that I didn't try and pay even in payments which is a lie.. the ac don't work like it should, kristen pope is a person that will lie under oath in court the apartment is beat up for 1200 a month is not price people pay it's unbelievable. I pray for anyone that tries to rent here because I'm sure I'm not the only one they have done this too.
