This has been one of the most awful experiences we have EVER had. First off, the company accused us of âanimals ripping up the carpet and destroying the houseâ when we had NO animals. After fighting with them for TWO DAYS they finally said âoh yeah maintenance went into the wrong apartmentâ. Some Neighbors are awful and very loud. There is constant drug use in the complex and the office does nothing about it. We have called the no emergency number multiple times because some of the people here are just awful. The women in the office are very very passive aggressive and snarky. Theyâve also given out residents information when they complain about their apartment/neighbors. We gave a notice to vacate but our place fell through so we had to stay. Now weâve been given a notice of non-renewal. Wonât miss this place at all.

The ladies in the office and the maintenance crew are all so amazing and go above and beyond for their residents to ensure they are comfortable and well looked after. Everyone is kind and professional, emergency work orders get addressed same day and communication is great. Itâs always stressful and sometimes scary moving to a new place but let me tell you- you canât go wrong with living here.
