I do not recommend this place to live at all. Iâm actually calling the housing authority this week because I have lived there for a year I have black mold growing in my dishwasher, my shower has not worked since the day I moved in there are roaches that practically greet you with your slippers and a cup of coffee. Please avoid this place at all cost.

There is a mattress outside the dog park. There was a homeless person sleeping on it a couple days ago. It makes the place look trashy. Does the property management team manage the grounds & keep the homeless out? Any security monitor the property?

Thank you to Cody who shows up anytime day or night with a positive attitude a caring heart and a solution to every problem....he is a blessing to this community and my life is better for having the privilege of getting to know him....thank you to Laura and Melissa for the warmth and genuine concern they show .....go team oaks! The staff is really friendly and helpful. When I walked into my unit the floor thought the apartment was really dirty. It looked as if work on the ceiling had been done and whoever did it, didnât bother to clean up. But it was all through the apartment, not just in one room. Weird. Other than that, so far so good!

The assistant David is such an awesome help! My husband and I have been struggling to get an apartment that's affordable and reasonable. We spoke to David and walked through paperwork and it was easy and fun. He helped us change our lives! We highly recommend! You need help. David's your guy! And a big thank you to Laura for greeting us as well! We appreciate yall!
