Do not rent here!!! The hallways smell like weed at some apartments. There are homeless that hang out in the area. The property management don't enforce anything here. The care & safety for their tenants doesn't look like a priority to them. I will be filling a complaint with the city of Georgetown.

Severely roach infested. Pest control company they use is no help, the whole place needs to be fumigated. The stairs are broken throughout the complex which has also injured multiple tenants. Oh, and donât forget the missing fire extinguishers they havenât replaced in 6+ months. If they cared more about their tenants this would be an amazing community.

I do not recommend this place to live at all. Iâm actually calling the housing authority this week because I have lived there for a year I have black mold growing in my dishwasher, my shower has not worked since the day I moved in there are roaches that practically greet you with your slippers and a cup of coffee. Please avoid this place at all cost.

There is a mattress outside the dog park. There was a homeless person sleeping on it a couple days ago. It makes the place look trashy. Does the property management team manage the grounds & keep the homeless out? Any security monitor the property?

The staff is really friendly and helpful. When I walked into my unit the floor thought the apartment was really dirty. It looked as if work on the ceiling had been done and whoever did it, didnât bother to clean up. But it was all through the apartment, not just in one room. Weird. Other than that, so far so good!
