The assistant David is such an awesome help! My husband and I have been struggling to get an apartment that's affordable and reasonable. We spoke to David and walked through paperwork and it was easy and fun. He helped us change our lives! We highly recommend! You need help. David's your guy! And a big thank you to Laura for greeting us as well! We appreciate yall!

The assistant David at *The Oaks at Georgetown* is one amazing help. My husband and I were struggling for months to fine an apartment in our budget and with reasonable help. Once we spoke to David and he walked us through the paperwork, it already felt like home. He has helped us change our lives! We couldn't be more grateful! Highly recommend! You need help.
